My 4K students LOVE to use the Promethean Board. They are eager and excited to learn this year and I want to better their experiences by allowing them the ability to reach the board. This riser will help students be able to access the Promethean Board in our classroom. Right now they are able to participate, but they are unable to successfully use the board because they can't reach from the middle to the top. We use the board daily for morning meetings, math and literacy lessons, music and movement activities, and science and social studies lessons. The students are attentive and engaged during lessons that use the Promethean Board, however, it's not as exciting unless you can actually participate! They will be able to write, sort, count, and explore the Promethean Board with the help of this riser. The riser will allow all students to have an opportunity to use technology in a technology rich classroom. It will also help our 4K students to be engaged fully, utilizing the Promethean Board in the classroom to enhance lessons.
