Our school is located in the rural Appalachian area of Claiborne County. For many of my students this is the only library they see. I would like to make looking for books easier for them and to improve the look of our library. These students love to read and try their best. Our school is split into two different buildings. I am also split between both buildings for one budget to operate both libraries. I would love to get new shelving to improve the browsing process for students and the over all look and feel of the library. I hope with getting new shelves it helps to take better care of our books. The shelves we have now hid some books and mess them up. With actual library shelving it will help prevent this.
