My wonderful is opening in its second year. Though my students and I are settling into ur second year, we still have few resources. Our numbers have grown from 850 in our opening year to over 1000 in our second year, but our resources have stayed the same. Our students only have 300 Chromebooks to share among all of us for the entire year. I would love a set of five Chromebooks that could stay in my room and be available to my students as we research science concepts this year. Research is vital in a science classroom, and the ability to have research at our fingertips when we need it fosters a "figure it out" classroom covered in curiosity and wonder.
