My students come to school each day excited and ready to learn! They are predominantly EL students meaning that English is not their first language. Because of that, they need more visuals and hands on learning than the typical student. As their teacher, I need to be able to accommodate all of my learners. Each day I teach Kindergarten to 20 of the most unique children I've ever met! I have eight different languages represented in my classroom alone. Even though my students are all so different, there is one common factor within them all, hunger for learning. Our school is a very large school of excellence. There are over 700 students and we are one of the highest EL elementary schools within our district.
