My school is small, with graduating classes between 60 and 70 students. The students are absolutely amazing. They are kind to everyone and because it is a small community, everyone knows each other. Since it is such a small school, I will be teaching all of the freshman and sophomores. I believe that students' freshmen and sophomore years are important and therefore am excited about teaching them during these years. From what I have learned this year, the students have not been pushed or motivated in past years. Teachers often leave after one or two years or give up on them easily. However, that is going to change. I plan on pushing my students to the best of their ability and giving them the best education that I possibly can.
