Tuners will help students to tune their instrument on their own. By learning how to tune, students understand the concept of sharp and flat and how to adjust their strings to match the correct pitch. This also helps to develop their ears so that they can play in tune. Students being able to tune on their own instruments makes tuning quicker during class time so that more there is more instructional time for technique and developing note reading on their instruments. By having a class set of tuners, students are able to tune quickly without waiting for other students to tune and pass the tuner to them.

About my class
