My students are between 14 and 18 years old and come from broken homes or off the streets. The comitted a crime and we are trying to rehabilitate them to become good members of society. My students take a lot of pride in their lab work (meals, sanitation, writing recipes) and I want to help them be prepared once they released and start working.
