Virtual Learning is already handset and does not provide that hands-on connectivity that learning requires. To rectify this situation and to illuminate learning by making it come alive; a document camera is needed. The use of a document camera is a great way to help my students feel as if they're learning in the room with me. This facility would afford me the opportunity and freedom to use real-world documents, live, with their students. For example: counting coins, using a geoboard or annotating a work by my students are all incredible activities that could enhance my students' learning.
