My students thrive on our teamwork. Each morning is started with a morning meeting during which we concentrate on our Social/Emotional well being for the day. This is the place where we set goals for the day and discuss how to achieve them. Right now we are sitting at our desks because we have no place where we can all gather as a family and community. This special rug will allow us to join together as one while still recognizing our own individual, unique needs. Here we can problem solve, encourage, and develop our sense of community to start our day and later gather for our STEAM projects.
