My students absolutely love graphic novels. A lot of them need the pictures in the graphic novels to help them understand the story that is being told. They are very creative and visual learners, so the graphic novels are the perfect way for them to be motivated with reading, while helping them further their reading levels. There are also some science models that will help my students be able to visualize what we are learning in science that day. Having the models for the brain, planets, and rocks will be super helpful for my students when we are learning about each of those subjects.
