Life as a third grader is rough! So many changes, more responsibility, and learning to find their voice. As a third grader, they are learning how they want to express themselves all while having emotions. People are taught how to handle stress, it is not something that comes naturally. I would love for my students to learn strategies to calm themselves down, be mindful of their needs and other's needs, and believe in themselves. I have seen tremendous growth when Mission Be coaches guide students through strategies of mindfulness. Having this 8 week course would encourage my students to never give up and thrive in the classroom and beyond!

About my class
