Having good reliable headphones is important to all of us when we are working on a computer. It is no different for my 2nd graders. One of the school supplies for them is to bring their own ear buds or headphones. Most bring them, but they are from the Dollar Tree and constantly break or rip apart. So obviously the nicer headphones will last and endure a year with 2nd grade hands. Unfortunately these are not the ones the students bring. Some children never bring any at all. I may have a parent who sends in a few extra but these do not last either. Oh to have a class set for these sweet kids to enjoy focusing on their work! Would be a total joy!
