As my students develop their speech and language, games and technology has been extremely useful in the classroom. The iPad will be beneficial in allowing my students to access a new avenue of developing their speech and language skills. There are many applications that are made specifically for students with special needs. Many of these applications are only available with iPads. I would like for my students to be able to access these application as well as explore other tools for communication that are offered through an iPad. Not only will the iPad improve my students' success at school, they will also be able to use their growing speech and language skills at home and in their communities.

About my class
