Students will be able to borrow these books from my classroom library anytime they want. I specifically chose classics and books full of diversity to help expand my students horizons. My group of kiddos this year is full of young readers. I think that by including a variety of novels for them to read, they will not only continue to fall in love with reading but will also have their eyes opened to different perspectives and points of view. Since my students are not allowed to go to the library because of COVID, I feel that it is my responsibility to help provide an abundance of books to my young, impressionable minds.
