Engaged and learning inside and outside our classroom! My students are always on the move. They are rarely in their seats. We work in groups on the floor around the room or even outside. Keeping them engaged and hands-on helps them retain what they are learning and encourages higher level questioning and full class interaction. They also apply learning in their world and to their everyday lives, which shows the importance of education. As they work together, they encourage and strengthen each other academically as well as socially. They all bring their own experiences and skills to the classroom, which helps build their character and increase their education experiences.
