These books will be used by students during reading time. They will "shop" for books once a week choosing 5-6 titles on and above their reading level. These exciting and fun books will help keep them engaged and wanting to read more and more all while increasing their levels without them even realizing they are learning. Having them choose their own books helps them to take ownership of their learning. I love reading to my students and want to instill that love for reading in them and building an extensive, exciting, library is fundamental to that goal. Reading is the foundation for all learning and that is why it is so important for all children to learn to love it!

About my class
