Most high school students only read when they are required, I would love to provide a classroom library with books that my students would LOVE to read. Many times, the books assigned and provided by schools are books that our students are less than excited for. They do not see themselves in these stories and have little motivation to read. This books is all different, it touches on family secrets, immigration, lgbtq+, identity and much more. I believe that having books in class that students can read whenever they want, students will dive right in.
