Our students are a wide variety of ethnic backgrounds that have chosen to take an astronomy course in high school or participate in our Science Research academy. We do public outreach as well as original research. Our school is a suburban school but many students come from disadvantaged backgrounds. Students in our program have gone on to major in science and engineering and even in astronomy. Through our program students have won many prizes in the local and state science fairs. We continue to do research projects and public outreach programs.
