My students began this year with great excitement to begin first grade! Our school is in an urban area of West Tennessee. As the doors of our school opened for the first time six years ago, these children from diverse backgrounds and school experiences came together to form a school family that is very special. They love learning and enjoy being actively engaged in the learning process.
