The students who are part of our school's community are eager to learn. They have goals and give it their all in order to accomplish those goals. At our campus, during the first week of every school year, we support students' personal learning goals by taking the time to allow each student a chance to write down their goal and display it in the halls, as a reminder of what they are working towards. Goal setting is important no matter how old or young a person is. On the campus I work at, we believe in supporting every students goal while at the same time giving our students ownership of their learning by giving them the opportunity to reflect on the progress of their goal every time they see it in the hall.
