These giant stepping stones will be used during both Adapted Physical Education and classroom time. Students will be able to navigate on top of them throughout their classroom to do things like: change work stations, turn in work to their teacher or participate in in-door PE. During Adapted Physical Education the stones will be used as part of an obstacle course! Across both settings, my students will be able to spell and then sound out words that they create during play. Learning while playing is one the best strategies a teacher can use to make an impact on their students.
