As a part of learning about the monuments of Paris and what makes Paris special, my lesson involves the building of certain monuments and learning the history behind them. The goal is to have students build as they learn about the process that it took to get these monuments where they currently are. By donating to this project, you will be giving students an opportunity to experience history in their French class. Students will paint the Mona Lisa like Da Vinci. Students will build the Eiffel Tower, delving into Gustave Eiffel's thoughts. Students will recreate the Arc de Triomphe picturing what Napoleon had in mind as he made this to celebrate France's victories.
