I teach math at a low socioeconomic middle school in Texas. Even though our students endure many hardships and challenges, these students are bright, talented, and have the desire to learn. Our middle school is working hard to equip our students with the knowledge, tools, and experiences needed to succeed in high school and college and I want to do my part within my own classroom.
