As a kindergarten teacher, I always need things at my fingertips. The storage bins in this easel allow for easy access to the supplies I need such as books, games, pens, etc. Then, the front of the easel allows ALL students to see things easily. Daily, I will be writing a morning message on the board for students to read and interact with. I can use magnets and display examples of work. I can also use magnets on the board to teach about word families and switch letters out to make new words. Also, students love coming up to a whiteboard and solving math problems or writing sight words they know. The title of this easel says it all- Store and Display. I try to keep my classroom organized and I like having things ready in case we have a few extra minutes. This easel will allow things I use daily to be within reach and make my classroom space look nice too.
