To better support my students I am asking for your help in growing their learning. I need to get them using tangible, hands-on materials for both math and early literacy. With these materials and activities, students will grow deeply in their number sense and phonemic awareness. As kindergarteners, we are busy moving about the classroom so worksheets just don't work for us. I am asking for alphabet tubs which will help students discriminate between letters and their sounds. These tubs have different objects that the student can see which will help both kinesthetic and visual learners. I also need number locks and house blocks (that rhymes)! These will assist in matching and sorting our numbers 0-20. My students are really excited to get their hands on these new materials.
