Welcome to my middle school classroom! We love thinking, learning, problem solving, investigating, researching, and creating all things authentic. Children are my love, teaching is my passion, and learning is my lifelong goal. This will be my 12th year in education; all of which have been spent in the same district in which is was able to graduate. Out of my 11 completed years, 8 reside in gifted education. In my classroom, I challenge students to think more in-depth and go "the extra mile" in school and in life in general, as my goal is to provide a unique learning experience for all my students with an end result of creating a student more able to be a productive, purposeful member of society. As part of our coursework, we complete in-depth research which we submit, when we can, for various competitions to get authentic, real-world exposure. For this, we need affordable yet effective tools, thus the Chrome Books.
