My 3rd grade class is in need of new and updated books of different genres that could help increase their reading levels, vocabulary and comprehension as well. Ultimately by introducing new books, it will engage and motivate students to read thus increasing success in all areas. The students will be able to choose books based on a genre that appeals to their interests! These books will be sectioned by genres and levels, rotated among small groups, and short story book reports will be created. Also, the 4 math multiplication electronic games will also be beneficial in a math station to increase fact fluency!
