Many of my students lost their homes and safe spaces to Hurricane Ida. Creating a safe space and a warm and welcoming space is my goal for this year. After losing quite a bit of my classroom items, I am also in need of some items that bring me comfort as a teacher. Your donations will help to bring my vision of this comforting space to life. I know my students will appreciate having a snack corner and a few different options for seating on those tough days when sitting at a desk is not working. My sweet kiddos give so much to others especially during difficult times, and I just want the ability to give back to them in the form of comfort during class time.
