Welcome to Room 16! My students are becoming readers and writers, scientists and problem solvers. We enjoy discussing real world problems and events as they relate to the topics we are learning about in all subject areas. We discuss difficult issues while respecting one another and learning empathy. Then, we think about how we can make a difference - how we can build a better world in our classroom, in our school, in our community, and in our global community. Many times we take these lessons and meld them into who want to become as classmates, friends, family members, and community members. Thank you for considering our classroom for your donation!
