Using technology in room 12 is an awesome happening. My students enjoy the challenge of research and learning on the Ipads. The struggle comes from having to share 3 to 4 Ipads with our entire school and projects are not finished in a timely fashion due to the sharing component. My students attend a school with high academic rigor but come from homes where education is not necessarily a priority and or current competitive technology is not present in their environment. Many students parents have smart phones but do not engage in purchasing tablets for home usage. I know that with our own technology we can be confident with finishing our research and our projects which will relieve our academic anxiety.
