The materials that I am requesting will help students take charge of their learning by having flexible seating options. Flexible seating is beneficial for students because it allows them to have the freedom to choose a spot that will help him/her learn at their very best. Flexible seating gives the classroom a "homey" feel, by being more than just a room filled with desks. It also students to work collaboratively with others students around the room. Currently, our classroom has a few options of flexible seating, but not a wide variety of different choices. The materials that I have requested will give more options my students!
