Hi everyone! I am a first grade teacher at North Forrest Elementary in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. I have been teaching 1st grade since I graduated in December 2014. Education is my life, outside of my family. I find education to be an important aspect of everyone's life. In order for a child to go far, they must be provided with a valuable education. As we all know, every child can learn. It may not be in the same way, and it may not be on the same day as others, but he/she CAN learn. I like to instill in my students that all of them have value. They are special in their own ways, and they all have some sort of gift, just like you and me. Your gift may be serving, and that is why I am reaching out to you. I am reaching out to ask you to help me help my students find their value through means of education and the supplies needed to provide a valuable education.
