My students are typical urban high school students. They are interested in learning skills that will help them in college and the workplace. They are particularly eager to learn physics concepts that apply to the world around them and get very enthused when we tie class materials into things they are interested in such as cooking, music, cars and space. Our school is a small public high school in a high poverty area of Rhode Island. The building is aging and our resources our slim but the students and faculty are passionate about making our school the best school it can be.

About my class
