Our school will be starting with most students learning on campus. Although a few families have opted into distance learning, we plan to begin with the uncertain hope of providing the first quarter on campus. The computers I am requesting will enhance our daily learning environment by allowing the students to be exposed to the Google Classroom lessons our distance learning students will be using daily. I plan to have students engaged in online "virtual based" lessons, video tutorials, the digital practice of skills, and published typed writing assignments daily so that if the unexpected happens, our kiddos will not be thrust into the unknown as they were last year. If we are pushed into another complete distance learning environment as last year, my students will have routines and instructions set which will help alleviate stress and anxiety in my parents and students. My desire is to prepare them so that the year can go as smoothly as possible no matter the circumstances.
