I have a very affectionate and caring group of students this year! They are such a blessing to my life. My spunky second graders are very thoughtful and empathetic. They love to greet me with a handshake, high five, fist bump, or hug each morning. My students are constantly praising, uplifting, and helping each other. Our classroom has a diverse group of learners, but a whole lot of heart. When they see someone sitting alone at lunch, or outside on the playground by themselves, they always find a way to make another student feel welcome and cared for. Many of my students have a love for learning and a desire to be at school!
