I teach 1st grade in a high poverty, inner-city, Title-1 school. They receive free breakfast and lunch. School is their safe haven. Most of my students are English Language Learners and one of the things that helps them is having labeled visuals around the classroom. They have come so far in such a short amount of time, and I want them to continue to make great progress!
