These are items to help students with sensory and learning disorders related to physical and psychological trauma. Seating will be used as flexible seating to support their sensory needs while learning and the large pillow will be used in a break zone. Mindfulness books are used during break and group therapy sessions to help students feel and understand their emotions. Toy items will be used in stem bins and throughtout the week for centers and calm down toys. Each item on the list targets a specific need for my classroom.
