I have students with special needs. Many of my students are nonverbal but will talk with something to speak for them. Other students have physical disabilities and are unable to write in a conventional way. It is easier for them to type an answer rather than to write it. Plus with a classroom of students with different academic abilities it would be easy to assign them different level assignments to do online. Students enjoy doing their work on computers and are easily motivated to do enrichment activities if technology is part of the assignment. My students with special needs would greatly benefit from these Chromebooks.
