About my class

Having a place where the classroom can meet in unison to complete a fun interactive math lesson or daily morning meetings is imperative in creating a safe and nurturing environment in my classroom. Our carpet would be of great assistance when students are working in bilingual pairs or collaborative groups. Having a comfortable place to work in would make our learning not only possible, but enjoyable. Our classroom would have an additional learning space where students can feel free and safe to expand their thinking. Fostering and developing social emotional skills is the new 21st century must! Having a classroom carpet would create a space where children get to practice skills read about and seen in Class Dojo Big Idea vídeos with their peers. A class that sets goals together, meets and plans together, stays together. A classroom carpet would not only provide a safe and comfortable place for my students to sit on, it would be an interactive workplace where students can simply share thoughts and ideas, to a place where they can create, develop, and carry out plans with their peers.
