I teach math to an amazing group of 6th graders who, every day come to school and fight to get the education they deserve. Many of them come from homes with guardians who work odd hours to provide them the necessities at home. It is my job to make my classroom their safe haven while providing the best learning environment possible. Every day, my students chant, "I am capable of more than I can even fathom." That statement could not be anymore true. My students know how high my expectations are for each one of them and are dedicated to their learning.

About my class
