Students are learning to use the hula hoops and Badminton equipment creatively. They will learn how to use the equipment as it is meant to be used but also in a new way to help them be think creatively and problem solvers. An example is they can use the hula hoops to relay race and the badminton equipment to play Capture the flag. Currently they are using chalk and their own sweaters as equipment for PE. The comfy floor chairs will be used during meditation time and to read comfortably at classroom library. Students will sit in a reading lounge type setting to enjoy old and new stories.
