This is our classroom creed and something that I come back when my students do not think they can do something or want me to lower my expectations. My students attend a large inner city school, where class sizes often exceed 30. They all live in the surrounding community - a community that is plagued by multi-generational poverty. For most of my students, school (and my classroom) is the only stable environment that they have had.
