A classroom library is the first place students can learn about different genres, enhance their imagery skills and go places beyond their zip code. Such as reading about a notable person that resembles them that achieved a goal they set forth. Many students are not able to read at home due to books being unavailable or not having access to a library. My goal is to introduce my students to a world of imagination that is either achievable or just a dream with these books in our classroom library. The books that I am requested will not only enhance my students but encourage them to be lifelong readers.
