The students that enter my classroom are energetic, loving, excited to try their hardest, and eager to please those around them. I teach in a Title-One, low-income school, where the majority of my students are from low-Socioeconomic households. However, though they may not be able to come to school with much in terms of supplies, they come with big hearts and love anything that is hands on and engaging. They can be extremely challenging, and that's when they need our love and support the most. I've been at Palm Terrace for 4 years now, and cannot imagine teaching anywhere else as this is the place I am meant to be. I'm there to be the best I can be for them and show them that they can achieve their best, no matter what challenges are thrown at them.
