As adults we know when we are tired, grumpy, not feeling well, overly excited, stressed out, or having a hard time focusing. We can take naps, get caffeine, calm ourselves down, or take medicine as needed; most students don't have this luxury during the school day. Diffusing essential oils in our classroom will help meet these needs in a safe, natural way. I have selected various therapeutic-grade single oils and a few oil blends to help meet the health, mental, and emotional needs of my students throughout the day.
