The balance balls and wobble cushions with help my students gain focus and the different fidgets will help with concentration, especially during testing. The students struggle on a daily basis to maintain the necessary focus both in resource and the general education classroom. The lap desks will also help the students to work more independently in a flexible seating area instead of sitting in a traditional desk or table. My students need to have the ability to work more individualized and show their own creativity. By having the tools readily available my students can gain the ability to become more focused learners and open up their learning potential. These tools help make my students more successful by helping them regain the focus they need both in my classroom and in their general education setting. Each of the students have different disabilities and face challenges that need guidance while in school.
