As my students and I navigate the new normal of this school year and dive into distance learning. I want to help make that transition as smooth as possible, while social distancing and providing online learning experiences. I know I will be learning from them as much as they will be learning from me. The more organized I am the better they will respond and receive their instruction. The more options I have to present lessons digitally or in the classroom the better I will be able to reach my students and meet ALL of their needs. It is my hope to calm the uneasiness of parents and students when it comes to online learning. I want to provide a variety of ways for them to learn and be able to use different technology daily to support them. Being able to have everything in front of me and already set up will allow me to provide an assortment of digital lessons. Not only that, but it will allow me to move about the room with the technology as needed. Providing me with a Mobile Digital Workspace will help support my students and their families with the new normal of distance learning and give them access to a collection of ways to receive lessons. This will hep all learners to feel successful in a situation that is far from ordinary to us in West Virginia.
