My students don't very often get the chance to call something their own. They have their own books at school and they love to keep track of them. These seat pockets give them a great place to keep them close. They will keep their reading books, math books, and journal in the back of their seat. This will also help their preparedness as their materials are close by and easy to have ready. This project will help my students have ownership of their belongings and learning. It will also help us as a class to use our time for learning and not for getting materials.
