Learning can be fun when it's not a task. We have small group instruction throughout the day and having balance balls as our seats at the different centers makes learning fun and breaks up the day. My students get wiggly when they have to sit, the balance balls will help them focus while learning and get the wiggles out. With all our small group instruction, we have lots of different centers. It's important to have fun and learn at the same time. So having a fun listening center with interesting books is the way to go. They love to listen and learn.
