I want my students to get their hands on the same technology that the suburban schools get. Through the use of this coding tool, students will gain relevant life skills such as communication, collaboration, problem solving, and critical thinking. All students should be familiar with coding, it has become part of the basic digital literacy that every student should learn. Learning to code will help my students prepare for careers that are in high demand. We have 300 students in my school and we currently have 1 Dash robot. My goal is to have 6-8 Dash Robots to allow my students to work in groups to strengthen relevant life skills needed for their future.
